Our approach in trademark prosecution is to be thorough, practical and informative. We give clients the full picture of trademark issues that affect them and work quickly to provide information critical to the development of their products and packaging. We identify our clients' intellectual property; develop strategies for selection and clearance; and seek ways to ensure that marks, logos, creative work and other materials are protected within the timetables they need to bring their products to market. Our role includes working closely with business and creative managers to determine which trademarks to pursue, so that the ones for which we seek protection represent the best choices possible. We also help long-term clients with high-value products deal with gray market issues, counterfeiting and unauthorized use of parts and trademarks. Our clients have included Rolex, the PGA Tour, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Republic National Bank and General Cigar Company.
