IP and Related Antitrust Matters

Morgan & Finnegan is skilled at efficiently managing relationships with federal agencies that are essential to any company's ability to conduct business.

Antitrust litigation can include class action suits and disputes among suppliers, customers or competitors in proceedings, and often requires management of complex, multidistrict litigation. We build a strong team within the firm for each case, and work closely with in-house counsel to effectively manage a complicated process with significant ramifications. Morgan & Finnegan has experience representing numerous clients in civil antitrust proceedings and investigations brought by the U.S. Justice Department, the Federal Trade Commission, the Federal Communications Commission and Department of Agriculture, among others, as well as state attorneys general.

Recently, Morgan & Finnegan attorneys received a favorable decision from the New Hampshire District Court dismissing a Section 7 Clayton Act antitrust claim against its client Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG.
