CHIEF JUDGE RULES FOR MORGAN & FINNEGAN CLIENT HEIDELBERGER DRUCKMASCHINEN AG

Judge Steven J. McAuliffe, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire, granted in large part summary judgment in favor of Morgan & Finnegan's client Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG on June 2, 2006. Judge McAuliffe dismissed MAN Roland Druckmaschinen AG’s antitrust counterclaims and allegations of fraud on the Patent Office and stated that the remaining allegations “appear to be hanging by the proverbial thread." A copy of the case is attached.
