We pair each summer associate with a partner and associate, who serve as mentors for the duration of the program. Matches are based on academic background and practice interests. Your mentors help familiarize you with Morgan & Finnegan's culture and practice, answer questions, advise you on assignments and share legal expertise gained through years of experience.
We maintain an open door policy throughout the summer, and everyone involved in planning the program is available to address special concerns or questions you may have.
