We believe summer associates benefit from substantive evaluation and constructive feedback that help fully develop skills during the Summer Program. Supervising attorneys review each work assignment so that you have a good sense of your progress on an ongoing basis, and there are formal mid-summer and end-of-summer performance reviews. At each juncture, partners and associates submit written evaluations of your work product. Partners welcome the opportunity to discuss reviews, answer questions and offer comments designed to strengthen your professional development.
